He has Risen

I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me, Confused at the grace that so fully he proffers me. I tremble to know that for me he was crucified, That for me, a sinner, he suffered, he bled and died. Oh, it is wonderful that he should care for me Enough to die for me! Oh, it is wonderful, wonderful to me! (“I Stand All Amazed,” Hymns, no. 193)

As we get closer to Easter may we all remember the "True Meaning Of Easter" and share with our families the story of Jesus Christ and what price he paid for all our sins.

Bath Time

I was looking through some old photo's and came across these of Dakota and Shelby. I miss bath time with the little ones! I used to call them my Oreo cookie because Dakota had such dark skin and Shelby was as white as white comes! We had so much fun when they were little! I miss those times. Dakota and Shelby are so close in age they now, are almost the same height
and becoming very good friends!

Sacred Grove

"I saw a pillar of light exactly over my head, above the brightness of the sun, which descended gradually until it fell upon me. . . . When the light rested upon me I saw two Personages, whose brightness and glory defy all description, standing above me in the air. One of them spake unto me, calling me by name and said, pointing to the other–This is My Beloved Son. Hear Him!" (Joseph Smith–History 1:16-17).

I remember many years ago as a high school student, traveling to Palmyra with the Acappella group and stopping at the sacred grove. I remember it as if it were yesterday. we gathered in a circle , held hands and sang "Joseph Smith's First Prayer". I remember not one of us having a dry eye,we were all over come with emotion! That was the time that I first knew the church was true. I have longed to return to that sacred place and to feel those amazing things that i felt that day. I would love to travel there with my husband and our children, To let them see what I saw and feel what I felt! What a wonderful opportunity it was for me and memories i shall never forget.

Dawn's Baby Shower

This has got to be the cutest cake i have ever seen! I can't believe that someone actually made it! We had to pick one brave woman to cut into this amazing work of art, and it wasn't me! Good job Pat!!

We had a fun time at the shower and Dawn received a lot of cute girl clothes for her sweet little Liliana that will be arriving in just a few short weeks!
Grandma and Julie decided they needed to use the table decorations! Nice girls!!!
